INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the art. 13 of d.l. n. 196/2003 (Italian Personal Data Protection Code) and as required by the Regulation UE 2016/679 (also known as GDPR), in this page I am going to explain to you, with a simple and clear language, which data I collect when you surf the page and how I use them. In order to better analyse the regulation, you can find here the complete version.

PROCESSING OWNER AND SUPERVISOR

The holder and supervisor of the processing of the collected personal information is:

Enrico Bisetto
via Veneto, 11

USE OF THE CONTACT FORM AND NEWSLETTER FORM

When you use the contact form, or when you contact me via email, your personal information is only used for answering your requests. When you subscribe to my newsletter your personal information is only used to send you update about my activities. Your information is saved in my email storage and in my backups.

In each contact form, information or subscribe form, before the “Send” button, there is a box to check, in order to accept my privacy policies. If you are not willing to accept and therefore check the box, you don’t allow me to process your information, so the contact form won’t let you send the email with your request or you can’t subscribe to the newsletter.

Your personal information, collected through contact form, are not transmitted nor given to anybody else in any way.

SURFING THE WEBSITE

Like millions of other website owners, I am also curious to know how many people visit my site, how many pages are opened, where my visitors come from, how long they stay on my pages and which pages they visit. In order to have this information, I use a plugin that is connected to the Google Analytics service.

Of course, in order to respect your privacy, I have set Google Analytics so that your IP address (a number address that corresponds to your access point in Internet) is made anonymous, eliminating the last part of the address itself, so that it is not identifiable.

The information generated by Google Analytics cookies on your use of the website (the first part of the IP address included) is then sent to Google and set down in their server in the US. Google uses this information to track and analyse the use the visitors do of the website, and then send these data, together and never connected to your identity, through Analytics reports and other informative services (e.g. Google Trends).

Google could send this information to a third-party in case it is dictated by law, or in case of subjects who deal with this information for them. The information on the privacy and use of Google Analytics data is here.

I use the Analytics data in order to better understand what you like and what does not spark your interest, and also to enhance the contents of this website.

If you don’t want to be ‘tracked’, not even in an anonymous form, by this website or by others using Google Analytics, it is possible to download the add-on to disable the passage of surfing data to Google Analytics: it works with the most popular browsers and is distributed by Google for free.
